Client Support


Professional Client Support Representatives cordially respond to all phone inquiries, helping with any questions or concerns related to laboratory services.

Strong technical backgrounds and reference laboratory experience prepare our Client Support Representatives to be your local resource.

Client Support office hours are listed below:
  • Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
  • Saturday, 7:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon
Client Support is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by cell phone with instant access to laboratory data via a laptop computer.

Client Support can also access technical and pathology support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Client Support Staff
Our Client Support Staff has over 200 combined years of laboratory experience to better enable us to assist you and answer your questions. Our representatives have extensive technical backgrounds that include both laboratory training and nursing experience that allow us to relate personally to you. Much has changed over the years; however, one thing remains constant--and that is our commitment to you, our clients. Our entire team is committed to providing you with the most up-to-date, quality laboratory services...for you and your patients.

Sue H., Client Support Supervisor
Sue has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare field, including nursing, laboratory, and client support. "There is always something new and exciting happening in this industry, as we see constant improvements in chemistry, genetics, and laboratory technology. It is such a rewarding place to be and I am so grateful to be able to play a small role and to have the privilege of working with so many caring and professional individuals."

Sheila comes to Client Support with over 15 years of laboratory experience, including Client Support experience in national and local facilities. Sheila "enjoys the interaction with all of the clients. Whether it be giving specimen requirements or researching a test, knowing I was able to provide the information is my main priority."

Jill's over 25 years of laboratory background and a Bachelor of Arts degree are keys to her success in assisting our clients. Because each and every day is different, Jill "…enjoys the challenge of keeping up with the constant changes in the field of laboratory medicine."

Using over 20 years of laboratory experience and B.S. degree in Biology and Medical Technology, Deb "enjoys the interaction with so many different clients each day. It's very rewarding to have a part in making someone's day go a little smoother."

Because she has worked in a wide variety of laboratory settings for over 25 years, Mary Beth emphasizes she understands that "No question is a stupid question. I might not know the answer, but I'll help find it."

One of the many aspects Rhonda finds rewarding is "providing daily support to our clients, health care providers, and patients." With over 25 years of laboratory experience, they contribute to her success as a resource person for the Client Support team.

Cathy comments "Each and every day is different," which describes well why her years of clinical laboratory experience are so helpful as she performs her job each day. She finds it very rewarding to "answer questions and solve problems for so many different clients."

Dawn G., MLS(ASCP)
Dawn brings to her position at Sanford Laboratories Client Support laboratory experience in a clinic laboratory, in a rural hospital, and most recently, in a metropolitan hospital. Dawn finds that she "never has the same day twice. We choose healthcare to better the quality of other's lives, but you never imagine how they will touch yours also."

Lacey joined Sanford Laboratories Client Support bringing 3 years of experience working in the laboratory of a tertiary hospital. When asked about her job, Lacey says, "with health care constantly changing, I learn new things at work every day, which makes for an exciting work environment."

Kylie K., MLS(ASCP)
Kylie brings to Sanford Laboratories two years of experience in Blood Bank, Chemistry, and Hematology in a large tertiary Hospital. Kylie shares with us that "I love how much I learn each and every day. There is so much opportunity to expand my knowledge in Client Support and I try to take full advantage of that."

Jill U., BS, MLS(ASCP)
Meet Jill, our Resolution & Response Supervisor in Client Support at Sanford Laboratories. Jill brings over 25 years of laboratory experience to her position, having worked as a Generalist in smaller hospitals prior to joining Sanford Laboratories. She worked as a Quality Assurance and Satellite Laboratory Manager, and then spent five and a half years in Information Technology (IT) assisting with the Epic Beaker Laboratory build. When asked about her job, she "likes the variety that each day brings and being able to assist the clients and patients in resolving their questions and concerns."
